Quick Reminder!
DiGize essential oil blend helps to support and cleanse the digestive system.
It is made up of Tarragon, Ginger, Peppermint, Fennel, Anise, and a couple of other goodies. At our house, we pop a roller top on the bottle and roll it around our belly button. Best relief of yucky tummy around (like we don’t buy Imodium AD or Pepto anymore!) Some folks use a drop in their water or add to a veggie cap and take it like a pill. I just go directly to the source. Clearly, we use this plenty - two bottles are laying around our house - one by the bed, one in the kitchen.
Tomorrow there is a high probability of needing this oil - will you have it near?

Are you traveling for the holiday! ✈️

Are you traveling for the holiday! ✈️
I know this is a controversial subject right now - but I want to make sure you are protecting your immune system if you are on the road or in the air. My core four will be staying home this week - eating in the backyard. Peace to you and yours.
Here are my essential travel companions:
Thieves … all the thieves, thieves hard lozenge to keep your throat protected at all times, thieves spray to spray EVERYTHING before you touch it (your airplane tray or the gas pump handle). Thieves hand sanitizer - or the hand sanitizer you packed - just make sure you have it.
You’ll need your favorite sleepy time mix - 1.) lavender and cedarwood 2). Dream Catcher 3). Lavender and Marjoram 4). Lavender, Roman Chamomile, and Valerian 5). Tranquil or Sleepyize Roller (yes I have a few favorites). Sleep is so important to support your immune system.
Deep Relief Roll-On- for managing the travel mayhem on your back, hips, shoulders, everything that hurts.
Super C vitamin - again immune system
Stress Away Roll-On - because … well, it’s the holidays
What are your must-have travel companions?🧳

Confession!🗣

Confession!🗣
Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays. There are so many great family recipes that fill our table each year but mashed potatoes with butter (not gravy) is my all time favorite. 🥧🦃🍽
It probably reminds of my dad in some weird way - and y’all he was only around for the early years - he was not a part of Thanksgiving from at least 5th grade on - and it still reminds me of him. There is no sob story for me to tell you, a child of the 80’s saw their parents split 50% of the time. I adored my dad - and he made great mashies.
My mother in law does too, and so does my brothers’ wife.
Don’t worry - people still feed me VERY well.
I would love for you to share your favorite Thanksgiving Day dish

Thankful Thursday!🙏🏼

Thankful Thursday!🙏🏼

I woke up this morning overwhelmed with gratitude for the fact that my work is helping others.

I love what I do, I love what I do for my job and I love what I do for my work. My job is to show up daily with the special education community, when I shifted from teacher of the visually impaired to special education administrator my job shifted from working directly with students to directly supporting teachers and parents. I love brainstorming, problem-solving, lending support, and being “that person”, daily. I’m HERE for my teachers and I believe they know that in their heart of hearts. And let’s admit it - distance learning is HARD!

But my work … my work is helping others find natural, chemical-free solutions for common everyday problems.  My goal is to help as many people as I can through education, support, and community. I’ve learned how important it was to know what I was putting in my body, on my body, my family's body, along with what I was using in my home. Now I’m passionate about passing that along. My passion is to sit with friends, with strangers, listen to what is happening in their lives, be it stress, sleeplessness, sore muscles, a continuously worrying mind, a child who as a third-grader has started on a daily allergy pill (like mine was) and know there must be a better solution - or all the other things going on with their kids. I am here to help, I want to help, I am passionate about helping, it fills my cup.

On that note, I would love to ask you something! What are the posts that you find most beneficial, what helps you, what resources you need more of? Add your needs in the comments.
