I had big plans today. Family bike ride ... I proceeded to derail my chain not once but twice and came to a skidding stop on the second one. Broke a spoke and Kevin
 had to disable my back break. 

How fitting for life right now. We had big plans, great plans, but life got a little derailed. No worries, your family will take care of you. EVEN IF it feels like you have no breaks.
