I rarely am drinking enough. I want to keep up with my #fitnessgoals this year by staying hydrated! 🏃🏽‍♀️
I shared earlier how nauseous I felt skiing when I was dehydrated, what I didn’t know is someone I was skiing with had those same lousy feelings and neither of us said anything. How common is it for us to keep things to ourselves when if we just say them out loud there might not only be comradery but solutions too? Even though we are socially distant let’s not let that keep us from being connected. We need each other!

Okay peeps, I have a quick question for you….
What are some of your favorite health & fitness apps or goal tracker apps you like to use & why? 🧘🏻‍♀️
I use Strava to track my route, HIIT interval training to help me last longer with run/walk cycles, and of course Spotify to keep me motivated. I use an old fashioned pocket pedometer the rest of the day to track my steps. I’m not a smartwatch user nor do I have an iPhone so there are a lot of people whose devices just tell them things on autopilot. 
Lisa Prado shared a habit tracker called FABULOUS, it’s worth a try, right?
I would love some recommendations to help me reach my health & fitness goals!

This week … WOW … I don’t care where you stand, it’s been a doozy.
I’m giggling at many ways people have managed to cope, “Well played December 37th, 2020” or “I’ve completed my 7-day trial of 2021 and I want to #cancelmysubscription”, y’all are very clever, but it doesn't change that fact that it's been a lot to process. 
Therefore I’m rolling into the weekend with my favorite set of oils, CALM, c.🐝.dee to keep me CALM. 🌻I need calm right now … ALL THE #CALM
Not far behind for the self care is the #musclerub - I have collectively moved 10,000 steps this week - not daily. I have indeed been hunched over my computer WAYYY too much - but it is my job, so I’ll use the balm to help my shoulders and neck survive. 
Lastly is the #citrus oil. I am using one dropper full under my tongue before leaving the house today to boost my energy, I’ve almost finished my first cup of coffee and am still dragging  - so … here’s to Friday friends, it’s time to reach for your favorite roller to finish off the week strong!

I think organization is where many people crave change, that AND the exercise/weight loss/healthy habits change - but those take organization so maybe they are sometimes one in the same. I’m thinking about starting a Ningxia challenge at the end of this month.
