To Turn it Back or Not to Turn it Back

To Turn it Back or Not to Turn it Back
Shout out if you’re struggling to adjust to the end of Daylight Savings Time. 🌙
We used to find Noah in our bed every morning. That is until my friend Sandy Hoffman introduced us to oils - back then we had one diffuser that rotated through all three bedrooms. It wasn’t long until we got Noah one for his room - and he soon began to stay in his own bed night after night.

Here are my top 3 oil combos that help support sleep:
* Lavender & Marjoram
* Lavender, Cedarwood, and StressAway
* Or Kidscents Sleepyze by itself
Roll on or drop them in your diffuser 30 minutes before bed to promote feelings of calm and relaxation. 💤

Checking in ---- Did you jump in?

Checking in ---- Did you jump in?
At the beginning of this month I suggested that you challenge yourself to implement one simple change throughout the month.
How did you do in achieving that goal?
If you made changes and saw improvement, congratulations!  I’ve been upping my water - which has also been upping my steps - jogging to the restroom A LOT more often. But I know it is good for me and I’m happy I’ve incorporated it 🙂
If you fell short it’s okay, remember that progress is more important than perfection!
Either way keep moving forward, keep pursuing progress, keep showing up and keep putting in the effort. Acknowledge and celebrate the progress you have made. You got this girl! 🙌🏼

Did you know that today is National Chocolate Day?!

Did you know that today is National Chocolate Day?!
That’s right, that means you have permission to indulge in your favorite chocolate treats!🍫🍩
I’ll never forget going into Noah’s kindergarten class for the last day before winter break and seeing this enormous chocolate fountain - - these are the things that you really miss about having little ones, the fun spontaneous memories, the little things that are larger than life, the sugar crash. He is now a Freshman, he is in distance learning, our county is still in the purple tier -- so we can’t hang out even if we thought it was safe. BUT … what we can do - we can eat CHOCOLATE!!!!
Shout out if you will be celebrating with me! What’s your go-to chocolate treat? Comment below.

Super Juice

Super Juice
🍊If you haven’t tried NingXia Red, stop scrolling now. This sweet and tangy drink is packed with superfoods that support a healthy immune system. Even add one drop of Thieves Vitality for a festive kick!
🍒NingXia is filled with so much goodness, it's hard to pick where to start. It is certainly no fruit juice but a powerful antioxidant supplement drink made from wolfberry puree, blueberry, plum, cherry, aronia, and pomegranate juices, grape seed extract, Yuzu, tangerine, lemon and orange essential oils, stevia and pure vanilla extract for flavor, and naturally occurring preservatives for stabilization.
🍇NingXia red supports immune function, liver function, and eye health and is reported to increase energy.  (I can tell you it's more than reported to increase mine. I can tell within minutes how different I feel after drinking it!) It is the highest known protection against the dangerous superoxide free radicals, as documented in the S-ORAC test conducted by Brunswick Laboratories.
🍋It is rich in ellagic acid, polyphenols, flavonoids, vitamins, and minerals. In addition, it has 18 amino acids, 21 trace minerals, beta-carotene, and vitamins B1, B2, B6, and E.
Does that sound like something you want to going into your body every day?!
I dare you!
Shout out if this is part of your monthly Essential Rewards order!📦

Marketing Gone Right!

Marketing Gone Right!
I love the new product line from ProhibitionSpirits! This is such a few new shirt and I am very thankful to be gifted my own.
This company is full of heart and I am so glad my husband signed on with them. Kevin ran his own business for years and years and it wore him down, he worked alone, worked hard, fell asleep on the couch every afternoon with a cup of coffee in his hand. His body and spirit were a little worn down.
After closing Grass Roots Lawn Care and being a free agent, the owners asked Kevin to help renovate a super cute trailer that became a travel bar and he’s never looked back. They are kind, they are generous, they are a huge part of our local community, they stepped up during the pandemic and converted their distillery into a hand sanitizer factory, AND they employee my boys a couple times a month - so those two are free to spend their money on things I would definitely say no to -- but now it is their money not mine -- but I digress.
Anyway - I know that we are looking to support local mom and pop shops and entrepreneurs going into the holiday season, and whether it be craft cocktail makings, amazing smelling hand sanitizer, or the original product … limoncello, they have amazing small batch, locally sourced products worth picking up. But they also have cute little bottles of olive oil, balsamic, bitters and more. Visit them online, at their #prohibitonspirits warehouse or out at Corner Stone, #CornerStoneSonoma
OK --- enough of a plug … HOW CUTE IS MY NEW SHIRT!
TGIF ya’ll
